I am sure everyone knows that celery is a great item to add to any diet. I have been wanting to do the same but all I knew was to eat celery with peanut butter or laughing cow cheese. This is the simplest recipe I have come across.
Cut celery into small pieces
In oil, add mustard seed. Once the seeds pop add onions, garlic, and green chilles.
When the onions have turned golden brown add the celery. Add salt and turmeric powder. Cover, on low heat, let sit for 15 minutes.
Enjoy with some warm rice!
